The death of a loved one brings its own emotional strains and many people find it difficult to cope with the duties which are required in order to administer the individual’s estate. How an estate is administered will depend on whether the individual has made a will.
In every case we will sensitively act for the executor or next of kin in efficiently administering the estate to ensure that all liabilities are discharged and assets are accounted for and transferred to the appropriate beneficiaries. We will engage with financial institutions and valuers, complete the required forms to be submitted to HM Revenue & Customs and prepare and file all required documentation with the Court Service in order to obtain the necessary Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration.
